Delegation to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2023 opens for registration

To strengthen regional tourism co-operation among the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area), the TIC will organise the below delegations to Greater Bay Area between October and November 2023 for licensed travel agents and travel trade practitioners to visit the Greater Bay Area and take this opportunity to exchange with the representatives of Government cultural and tourism department(s), trade association(s) and famous enterprise(s), as well as to visit newest attractions to further facilitate a better understanding of the latest development of the Greater Bay Area and expand business, and to fully grasp its tourism development opportunities.

Date:	12 – 15 October 2023 (Thursday to Sunday, 4 days 3 nights)	2 – 4 November 2023 (Thursday to Saturday, 3 days 2 nights)
Theme:	History, culture and heritage	Smart tourism, innovation and technology
Route:	Hong Kong, Zhaoqing, Foshan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhuhai, Macao, Hong Kong	Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Huizhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong
Highlight:	visit two intangible cultural heritage items in the Greater Bay Area and appreciate Chinese Kung Fu and martial arts culture exchange with the representatives of Government cultural and tourism department(s) and trade association(s).	visit famous high-tech enterprise(s) in the Greater Bay Area, such as HUAWEI and Douyin exchange with the representatives of Government cultural and tourism department(s) and trade association(s).
Tour fee (HKD):	$1,000 for each participant	$800 for each participant
Accommodation:	Each participant will be allocated an individual room.
Registration:	Please click here to submit the online registration form. *Due to limited places available and in order to encourage more trades to participate, applicant can only apply for one of the groups.
Deadline:	5:00pm on 22 September 2023 (Friday)

Within one week after the deadline for application, the TIC will confirm by email that the applicant has successfully obtained the quota for the Delegation. After receiving the confirmation email, the applicant must submit required information and make full payment by the specific date mentioned in the email in order for the application to be successful. Overdue payment will mean that the applicant waives its participation quota automatically.
