Job description*
Responsibilities:
- Product development through creating innovative
products, new itineraries and exploring new
destinations
- Extend product portfolio based on market trends and
targeted customers needs
- Support business plan & strategies to achieve sales
targets and stay ahead of the competition
- Explore the right /new target segments to promote
the products and grow the business
- Negotiate with vendors/business partners to achieve
the best yield
- Monitor quality control on products to ensure in line
with legal and corporate requirements
- Any other duties or projects as and when assigned

Requirements*
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with formal training in Tourism or Travel
related subjects
- At least 7 years' relevant experience in product
development in travel industry is essential
- Creativity and innovation
- Proactive team player with analytical thinking
- Good at planning, organizing and project
management
- Excellent communication, presentation & customer
service skill
- Able to work under pressure and to meet multiple
deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
and Chinese work processing
- Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese
- F.7 or above with formal training in Tourism or Travel
