Job description
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operational and documentation support for the Corporate Travel team.
• Handle customer enquiries and arrange travel services, including flights, hotels, visas, limousine transfers, and high-speed rail tickets.
• Verify travel documents and provide accurate visa requirements and application guidance.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to coordinate travel arrangements.
• Ensure all bookings comply with clients' travel policies.
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented customer service via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings for tracking, follow-up, and escalation when required.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a travel management company (more experience considered for Senior Travel Consultant).
• Strong customer service mindset; self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Able to resolve customer issues independently and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with GDS (Amadeus preferred).
• Strong teamwork and information-sharing skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Night shift experience is an advantage.
Salary : Negotiable
