職責*
• Handle counter and customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Provide proactive customer services to clients
• Prepare tour itinerary and quotation
• Contact and make reservation with overseas suppliers
• Any additional ad hoc duties

要求*
• Secondary level or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Travel industry/ Cruise sector experience would be beneficial
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in reservation system in Amadeus & Sabre is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Attention to detail and accuracy
