Provide high-quality customer service to Hotel Concierge customer
Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for Cruise and MICE Group

要求*
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in travel industry
Problem-solving skills and willing to take responsibility
Excellent communication, relationship management, customer oriented and interpersonal skills
Independent, responsible, positive and multitasking
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in travel industry
