職責*
1) 一般文書工作(來港個人旅客及旅行團報價，入境團操作 (核對文件, 資料輸入電腦系統...etc.)，
包括文件存檔、資料輸入、複印、編製報告等。
2) 主要簽證申請輸入系統、驗證文件、打包護照和文件。
3) 處理辦公室雜務及外勤事務，包括文件送遞、銀行入帳等。
4) 一般辦公室工作，如影印及釘裝文件。
5) 接聽電話及負責日常聯絡工作。
6)越南語優先
1) General clerical work (inbound individual traveler and tour group quotations, inbound group operations (document verification, data entry into computer systems, etc.), including filing, data entry, photocopying, and report preparation.
2) Mainly enter visa applications into the system, verify documents, and package passports and documents.
3) General office work, such as photocopying and binding documents.
4) Handle miscellaneous office and field duties, including document delivery and bank deposits.
5) Answer telephones and handle daily liaison work.
6) Vietnamese language skills preferred
