職責*
You will be the go-to person for our LATAM clients, helping them plan and enjoy their dream trips to destinations like Japan and China. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Provide full range travel consultancy services to overseas customers from LATAM region travelling to Northeast Asia.
- Assist account manager by providing full range of travel services, including design customised itinerary and calculate tour cost.
- Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner, able to handle changes before and during tour.
- Perform multiple tasks to provide support on operation (hotel / air / tour / transfers reservations), and documentation (Invoice, receipt, final document) for clients.
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

要求*
- Detail-oriented and good multi-tasked, organizational skills to handle a large variety of simultaneous tasks
- Good command of written and spoken English. Able to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese is a big asset but not compulsory.
- Ability to work independently while can fit in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong travel interests and knowledge in northeast Asian countries, especially Japan and China
- Relevant experience in tourism or hospitality sector is a big asset.
- Courteous, service oriented, resourceful with pleasant personality; able to work with international clientele
