• Handle travel arrangements for corporate and individual customers
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide professional advice and services
• Good fare and ticketing knowledge

Requirements*
Requirements:
• HKCEE / HKDSE or above (Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline is an advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel management industry
• Knowledge of PC and GDS usage
• Fare and product knowledge
• Detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English, verbal and written
Based on work experience and ability, candidates can be considered as senior travel consultants.
