Job description*
• Manage both agency and direct customers’ enquiries.
• Provide agency service; handle and fulfill agency booking, follow up payment, pre-sailing and briefing.
• Provide direct customer services; handle and fulfill direct customer bookings for payment, onboard experience, shore excursion, flight and hotel arrangement etc.
• Provide professional advice on wide range of travel offers such as air tickets options, cruises, hotels, transportation, cost-saving alternatives, travel insurance product, etc. to travelers.
• Search, create and confirm travel itineraries, bookings and reservations for the customer in a timely accurate and efficient manner.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.

Requirements*
• Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in leisure travel
• Hand-on experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing
• Knowledge in GDS Sabre is a must
• Demonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellence
• Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Independent, responsible, positive, multi-tasked, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
