Job description*
• Research, recommend and make reservation of travel arrangements, including air, hotel, cruise, tours, travel insurance and others
• Provide professional guidance on a wide range of travel options
• Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
• Create and provide customized travel itineraries tailored to the client’s requirements
• Promote value-added services to enhance the client’s journey
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and special deals to provide clients with the best options
• Ensure all bookings and documentation comply with travel regulations and company policies
• Prepare invoices, voucher, and other necessary documentation
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements*
• HKCEE / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in leisure travel
• Hand-on experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing
• Knowledge in GDS Sabre is a must
• Problem-solving skills and willing to take responsibility
• Experience with leisure travel management or luxury travel planning
• Passion for travel and enthusiasm for sharing travel experience
• Excellent communication, relationship management, customer oriented and interpersonal skills
• Independent, responsible, positive, multitasking, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
