1. Reservation & ticketing system; fare rule
2. Handling telephone enquiry & ticketing issues for
passenger, including reservation,
flight information, complaint, fare enquiry,
issue/reissue tickets

Requirements*
1. Minimum 3 years airline or agent ticketing
experience;
2.F.5/DSE or above
3.Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
4.Good practical knowledge of GDS system(Sabre,amadeus,BSP),Word & Excel
5.Good command of sopken and written English & Mandarin
experience;
