1. To handle customer enquires & complaints.

Requirements*
1. Form 5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience.
2. Professional Customer Service Skills and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
3. Experience in travel agent is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
5. Good telephone manner and pleasant personality.
6. Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
7. Immediate available will be an advantage.
