Job description*
- Initiate contact with consumers to understand travel needs, present Celebrity Cruise Line products, and offer travel recommendations
- Provide quotation, address passenger booking inquiries promptly and accurately to facilitate seamless booking processes, including flight tickets, hotel and related cruise vacation travel arrangement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and personalized interactions
- Enhance product knowledge of cruise features, benefits, pricing, and promotions by attending team meetings and sales training
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and customer service

Requirements*
- Form 5/ DSE Level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience as travel consultant related to cruises sales
- Operation knowledge of cruise line products is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Demonstrate customer-orientated mindset with good negotiation and presentation skills
- Multi-tasked, strong problem-solving skills and sales-driven
- Proficiency Microsoft office applications, Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' experience as travel consultant related to cruises sales
