Job description*
• Handle service calls from sub-agents
• Provide assistance to sub-agents in regard to cruise inquiries, quotations, change requests, taking payments and other service needs directly related to a booking or customer profile
• Ensure accurate and timely service. Respond quickly and proactively to sub-agents and customer requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents through exceptional service and personalized interactions
• Maintain individual and team service quality goals
• Perform additional duties as required to support sales and customer service

Requirements*
• Diploma or above in hospitality, travel, or business discipline
• Operation knowledge of cruise line products would be beneficial
• Highly customer-service focused, with excellent phone manner and listening skills
• Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sub-agents
• Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and have proficient time management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Motivated to have new experiences, responsibility and accountability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
