Job Description:
- Handle corporate customer enquiries including flight/hotel bookings.
- General travel consultant and administrative work.
- Daily tasks including but not limited to ticket issuance and reissuance, fare quotation, refund processing and issuance Exchange order & invoice.
負責處理商業客戶的機位預訂和機票, 酒店預訂; 一般旅遊顧問工作和行政及文書工作。日常負責開發票和訂單及報價.

Job Description:
- Handle corporate customer enquiries including flight/hotel bookings.
- General travel consultant and administrative work.
- Daily tasks including but not limited to ticket issuance and reissuance, fare quotation, refund processing and issuance Exchange order & invoice.
負責處理商業客戶的機位預訂和機票, 酒店預訂; 一般旅遊顧問工作和行政及文書工作。日常負責開發票和訂單及報價.
Requirements*
-HKCEE / HKDSE or above (Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline is an advantage)
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the travel management industry
- Proficiency in Reservation System (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus etc), Internet booking tools, MS Office and Tabis system
- Good fare and ticketing knowledge
- Good in written and spoken in Chinese
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultants
中五或以上. 最少一年相關工作經驗. 有旅行或相關學科的證書或文憑優先.
懂Microsoft Office ; 懂得操作Amadeus, 懂Sabre優先, Tabis system. 良好的報價能力. 積極&獨立工作及擅於與人溝通. 經驗豐富者將被考慮為高級旅行顧問.
