The requirement for the background colour of the photographs for the Tourist Guide/Tour Escort Pass has been changed from blue to white in order to facilitate those who apply for or renew the Passes. All Tourist Guide/Tour Escort Passes issued by the TIC are valid before expiry, irrespective of the background colour of the photographs. The names of holders of valid Tourist Guide Passes and Tour Escort Passes can be found in the Tourist Guide Directory and the Outbound Tour Escort Directory respectively on this website.
