Position: Flight Attendant

  • Minimum pass rate in 5 HKCEE/HKDSE (or equivalent) subjects including English Language
  • Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
  • Physical fitness to be able to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and in at least one of the following Asian languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, or Thai. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be an advantage

Position: Customer Services Officer

Key Responsibilities Requirements

  • Be the brand representative to provide great customer experience at the airport, Hong Kong or Kowloon AEL station, and designated pre-flight registration locations
  • Deliver a seamless airport experience to our passengers from check-in to boarding
  • Provide efficient and courteous assistance at various locations such as check- in counters, departure and arrival areas
  • Opportunities to assist some behind-the-scene operations tasks
  • Prepare flight related documentations to ensure safe and an on-time operations
  • The permanent Hong Kong resident status
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including overnight, weekend and public holidays)
  • Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccinations and comply with Airport Authority requirements for entering airport restricted area

Position: Customer Care Advisor (Call Channel/Chat Channel)

  • Agents to provide one-stop-shop customer service through all Digital (livechat, whatsapp, FB messenger, etc.) and Telephone channels across CX, MPO and AML
  • Recommend travel products, fares and services and provide after-sales support to customers
  • Assist customers to reserve and make alteration of travel plans (ticket re- issuance)
  • Support Customer Contact teams around the world when required
  • Assist customers to buy and self-serve seamlessly through our websites, cathaypacific.com and mobile application
  • Assist customer to resolve disservice situations e.g., determine alternate flight options for delayed, cancelled or missed flights, change or rebook when irregularity occur
  • Respond to feedback and general enquiries from worldwide 24 x 7
  • Meet key contact centre performance goals in terms of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and key performance metrics
  • Capture every sales opportunity to improve revenue generations
  • Permanent Hong Kong resident status
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer service oriented attitude
  • Great communication, listening and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently •

Position: Baggage Services Officer

Key Responsibilities Requirements

  • Deliver a seamless baggage experience to our passengers
  • Act as ambassadors greeting arrival passengers
  • Ensure any problems with baggage are dealt with quickly and with minimum disruption possible
  • Offer alternative solutions to settle baggage claims and render assistance to all passengers
  • Trace missing baggage thoroughly
  • Arrange delivery of mishandled bags to passenger promptly
  • Record irregularities on the Duty Report Card and refer it to Duty Supervisor for follow up
  • The permanent Hong Kong resident status
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including overnight, weekend and public holidays)
