  • Travellers who find their trip unsatisfactory may call our Consumer Relations Department to lodge a complaint on (852) 2969-8188.

 

Protection from the Bonding Fund

  • Travellers who have patronised a TIC member agent are under the protection of the Bonding Fund. Set up by TICBF Limited, the Bonding Fund aims to compensate travellers suffering from monetary losses because of the wilful failure to comply with the quality of service committed by any TIC member agent.
