職責*
- Manage group/individual booking of air tickets, hotel accommodation, restaurants and transportation.
- Manage registration process for mass groups.
- Manage and execute basic production for gala dinner and basic branding within itinerary.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers in relation to the above matters on a day-to-day basis.
- Build up good relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Able to handle group up to 60PAX with minimal supervision.
要求*
- Occasional travel is required.
- Tertiary Diploma or Degree is required.
- 2 years of work experience in the hospitality industry or event-related industry is required.
- Strong communication skills (both orally and in writing) in English and Cantonese, additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese and other languages is a plus.
- Experience in using airline reservation system (Sabre) and XML PowerSuite System is a plus.
