Job Highlights
Min. 2-5 years solid working knowledge of the corporate travel industry
Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
Job Responsibilities
• Search and confirm corporate travel reservations for the customer
• Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
• Organized, self-motivated and ability to work in fast pace environment as per client’s SLA Strong understanding of a client travel policy to guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel suppliers’ fare rules and requirements.

Job Requirements
• Degree / Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Sabre GDS, Amadeus
• Min. 2-5 years solid working knowledge of the corporate travel industry
• Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
• Strong in writing English as most of the queries are through emails
Languages
Fluent in both Cantonese & English (mandatory)
• Degree / Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Sabre GDS, Amadeus
