- Work from home
- Provide after office hours emergency services to corporate customers at a timely and accurate manner
- Provide professional consultancy services on air tickets options, hotels, cost-saving alternatives and other travel related issues, such as visa requirement, travel insurance product, etc.
- Work with clients to make last- minute changes or updates to their itinerary: such as create new booking, revalidation, amend bookings and issue tickets
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Send email to alert day time travel consultants on any amendments/ enquiries
- Prepare daily log sheet report to Head of Corporate Travel
- Prepare monthly report to Management and Operations Manager of all corporate teams

要求*
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in corporate travel
- Hand-on experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing
- Knowledge in GDS Sabre & Amadeus is a must
- Demonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellence
- Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Independent, responsible, positive, multi-tasked, and able to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in corporate travel
