Job description*
Responsibilities:
• Handle bookings and follow up requests for all
products.
• Follow through production and operation
processes in adherence to the Company's
standards.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers on rates and inventory.
• Create and support product-built in booking
system and subsequent follow up.
• Monitor and follow up schedules of deposit and
payment with suppliers.
• Prepare tour files and detailed briefing for tour
escorts.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders for any special
requests from customers, ensuring fulfilment by
tour escorts and suppliers on tours.
• Provide on tour support to tour escorts when
problems arising.
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as and when
assigned.

Requirements*
Requirements:
• Secondary level (HKCEE/HKDSE) with
professional training in tourism management or
related disciplines.
• Min. 5 years' relevant experience in travel
industry.
• Proactive and well organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS
Office.
• Hands-on experience in ticketing and airline
systems.
• Fast and accurate typing including Chinese word
processing.
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple
deadlines.
• Good command of both written and spoken
English & Cantonese.
