Job description*
The Senior Project Executive is expected to be able to handle small travel groups (around 70PAX) with minimal supervision. He/she is expected to take up a major operational role to execute a large scale project (100PAX or above) under the supervision of a Project Manager or a Project Director.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage group/individual booking of air tickets, hotel accommodation, restaurants and transportation.
- Manage registration process for mass groups.
- Manage and execute basic production for gala dinner and basic branding within itinerary.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers independently in relation to the above matters on a day-to-day basis.
- Build up good relationship with clients and suppliers.
Able to handle group up to 70PAX with minimal supervision.

Requirements*
- Occasional travel is required.
- Tertiary Diploma or Degree is required.
- 2 years of work experience in the hospitality industry or event-related industry is required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
- Strong communication skills (both orally and in writing) in English and Cantonese, additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese and other languages is a plus.
- Experience in using airline reservation system (Sabre) and XML PowerSuite System is a plus.
- Tertiary Diploma or Degree is required.
