For those who passed or will pass the examinations (please see “Certificates recognised by the TIC” for details) designated by the TIC and were or will be qualified to apply for the Tourist Guide Pass on or before 30 September 2006 but have yet applied for the Pass, they must hand in their application between 1 October 2006 and 31 March 2007.

If qualified applicants apply for the Pass after the application deadline, they will have to complete a course to be designated by the TIC and pass the relevant examination in order to obtain the Pass.
