1. Reservation & ticketing system; fare rule
2. Handling telephone enquiry & ticketing issues for passenger, including reservation, flight information, complaint, fare enquiry, issue/reissue tickets
3. And other support work assigned by the management.

要求*
1. Minimum 1years airline or agent ticketing experience;
2. F.5/DSE or above
3. Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
4. Good practical knowledge of GDS system(Sabre,amadeus,BSP),Word & Excel
5. Good command of sopken and written English & Mandarin
