職責*
- Coordinate group business for both internal and external customers as the primary responsibility.
- Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, including ticket issuance, fare quotation, and bidding/benchmark exercises.
- Validate the correct upload of corporate fares and communicate with Airlines to address any discrepancies.
- Handle the refund process and calculations for Wholesale and Fulfillment Accounts from start-to-end process.
- Manage invoicing, payment slips, and XO settlements before forwarding them to the Finance Team.
- Provide solutions to problems encountered by ticketing staff, frontline staff and travel agencies.
- Assist in sending Flyer and Promotion alerts to third parties.
- Update marketing information for the teams.
- Ensure that relevant fares and fare databases/libraries are up-to-date and accurate.
- Lead ad-hoc project(s)
- Inform external customers about changes in airfares, rules, procedures, and airline products.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the OBT platform/portal's content, providing feedback and resolving issues.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

要求*
- Form 5/DSE level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in travel industry
- Familiar with GDS system – Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, & TravelSky.
- Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Patient, mature, a team-player and good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to work under pressure.
