ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for professionals to work on different areas of our business, including our Wholesale - Hotels and Packages. You will be given exposure to various areas and work with developers of other regions in CTM group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job duties including but not limited to:
• Reporting to Senior Manager – Wholesale - Hotels
and Packages;
• Handle agents’ enquiries on package and hotel via
email or via phone at a timely and accurate
manner;
• Make hotel and flight reservations and follow
through in an efficient, accurate and professional
manner ;
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other
documentations;
• Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and
professional manner;
• Solicit and retain clients with professional
customer service skills;
• Coach and provide training to junior staff and
supervise their daily job.

Requirements*
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Form 5 / DSE or above, preferably with Certificate
or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related
discipline;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in travel
industry;
• Hand-on experience in hotel reservation;
• Computer literate, good communications and
interpersonal skills;
• Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship
management and able to work independently ;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese,
knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
• More experience will be considered as Assistant
Supervisor.
